About Sawmath

I'm a hobbyist woodworker a few years into the craft — furniture mostly, some smaller shop projects. Somewhere along the way I got tired of the calculators I kept finding online. They worked, technically, but they were so ugly and/or cluttered I was never fully sure I was reading the right number. That's a bad feeling when you're about to buy $400 of walnut.

So I built the tools I actually wanted to use: clean, fast, no distractions. Everything fits on one screen. The math is right or I want to know about it.
